DELTA HEATWAVES CHAMPION AGAIN!!!

The Delta Heatwaves was declared Champion Last Sunday, November 25, 2007 on a dance
contest entitled "FCCT Dance Showdown" held in Cadiz City Public Plaza. Victorias
City Entry won 2nd place while Front Actz Dancers entry won the third place. The Delta
Heatwaves bested 11 entries coming from 3 different cities once again.

This time the Delta heatwaves has literally used another dance form called the Modern Hip
Hop inspired and updated from the recent National Dance competion on National TV network.
Source has informed us the John Becaro from manila has helped them conceptualize their dance
concept via phone conversation. The concept were added on the dance and was seem to be effective. Other contenders were quite surprised on how Delta has rendered another Dance concept.

However, sources told us that there are entries who questioned and manage to protest on the elligibilty of the result. But the Deltans has considered this as a normal reaction in which they always recieved from impatient and boastful contenders. There has been some fistsfights but the Delta Heatwaves manage to avoid the trouble and went home safely. Gerold Flores
Advises the members Not to engage on that fistfight between the contestants since it will not just do good.

Ironic. But the Delta Heatwaves is an advocate of sportsmanship, justice and truth. Never in their all Dances, that the Delta has manipulated the contests results. The other Dance Group were just jealous because they always focus on "how to win" instead on "how to play right".
Once defeated, the Delta will just stay low profile and accepts defeat.

Our source told us that before the contest, there was a reunion between Ian John and Joseph who has been to a lot of emotional detachments because of their personal conflict as old friends and team mate..But forgiveness and brotherhood has prevailed between them and Joseph was once again welcomed by the entire group.Joseph and Joemar Sunier added to the roster to make them all 10 dancers to represent Delta Heatwaves instead of 8 that is quite a surprised to other enries.. Quite a greatboost forthe teams'morale.

The Delta Heatwaves was once again proved themselves to be not just a Champion on the said Dance Contest Butalso a Champion on attitude and themselves.

Congratulations to Charlie Men, Ian John, Noel, Gerold, Jan Daryl, Daryl, Joemar, Joseph and Ralph! Congratulations to Delta Heatwaves!

Keep up and always stay humble and low profile.

My Fellow Delta Heatwaves,

Tommorrow, November 10 is another significant day for me.This is the day, in which I founded a dance group that has evolved throughthe last 10 years. We called ourselves the Delta Heatwaves Dance Group which has a primary based in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Perhaps this group has become to be also my alter ego, my brain child. It is in this group that helps shape my inner self. It is in this group that I learned life at its best!It is in this group that I found myself of belongingness and the spirit of brotherhood and friendship. This group is my lifetime achievement and was something to be proud and cherish of.We are not always winners but our friendship is our real trophy. We find excellence through out our experiences. It is through this group that I found out that Dance is an extension of my Artistic expressions. It is with this group that help me become a more strong and mature person.

Im happy that we have reached 10 years already. Im looking forward for more years to come. And thank you to all who supported us through this years. Congrats to my co- founder Gerold Flores and to all the members who continue to be with us. Our achievement and influence as a group in our locality is but a treasure! I wish your enjoyment to our anniversary gathering tommorrow, how I always wish I could be there with you, perhaps next year when I go home there! And I I'll try my best to upload more of our videos in you tube dot com.

Best Wishes!
